We began our journey with an unusual chat, built a foundation on faith and friendship, and are now ready to begin our most exciting chapter yet: married life. Thank you for being a part of our story.

Our Love Story
How did you two first meet?
Her: We met at church, but I honestly didn't give him a second thought, I was so sure a man as kind and responsible as him had to be married.
Him: I noticed her while we were both serving, and I knew I had to get to know her better. I think I finally got her attention when I responded to one of her WhatsApp statuses.
When did you know she was the one?
Her: Once we started talking, our conversations brought me so much joy. For the first time in a long while, I found someone I could connect with on the same intellectual level and with shared values. I was also captivated by his heart for people; he's so generous and kind, and I admire that so much. His presence has a calming effect on my anxious heart, and I knew he was the one.
Him: It was clear early on that she was different. Our values aligned, and our conversations were so easy. But I truly knew she was the one when I saw her heart for God and others. I felt a peace I had never experienced before, and I knew she was the woman I was meant to spend my life with.
Tell us about the proposal.
Her: We had already discussed marriage for a while, so when he asked me to marry him, it was a very easy "yes." I am literally counting down the days until we begin our life as husband and wife, and I couldn't be more excited to marry my best friend.
Him: I had been planning it for a while and wanted to make it special. I knew she had always dreamed of a proposal on the beach, so I made sure to do just that. Seeing her say "yes" was the happiest moment of my life, and I can't wait to build a life filled with love, laughter, and faith.
What's your favorite thing about each other?
Her: His intentionality. He never gave me mixed signals, and that meant so much to me.
Him: Her kindness and her heart for God. She truly is my best friend, and I can't wait to see the beautiful future God has planned for us.
